NOTE: We require a 48 hour notice for orders of 10 pounds or more.
All meats are sold by the pound for catering. We recommend 1/2 pound of meat per person. When ordering pork ribs, you have to account for the bone so you may want more than 1/2 pound per person (there are approximately six ribs per pound).
All orders come with three sides as well as plates, utensils, serving utensils, rolls and sauce.
